Application Support Analyst - Bristol £25-30K

Working as part of the Service Desk team, the Application Support Analyst will act as a primary point of contact for customers using their products.

This is not your average Service Desk role, quality of the relationships with our customers is the top priority for every interaction.

Day-to-day, the role requires real time problem analysis and resolution of Service Desk tickets of both a technical and non-technical nature, to ensure that client's expectations are met or exceeded and managed through to delivery. You will need to work well within a team environment, be organised with your tasks, confident when speaking to customers, demonstrate confidence when talking to clients and can relay information clearly and concisely.

Key duties

Become a Subject Matter Expert in our Products.

Provide support for issues to both our internal and external SLA's.

Ensure all service request tickets are logged onto our ticketing system.

Keep the customer up to date with progression of tickets.

Communicate Release Information to Clients.

Look proactively at tickets to confirm a permanent fix.

Identify opportunities to implement improved solutions.

Deliver exceptional customer service and demonstrate the and desire to go 'above and beyond' for our customers.
