Data driven decision making has never been more important to the business. It will allow them to create the best personal experiences for all their customers across outbound, inbound assisted and digital channels.

This role will create a new data capability for business intelligence.

In this job, the role holder be accountable to ensure we have actionable insight and analysis across the Marketing, Product and Digital areas of the business, using data extracted from SAP. Your output will supports decision making for our key stakeholders through quality and actionable intelligence.

Main Duties/Responsibilities and Knowledge/Skills Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a suite of Primary Care management information drawing input from Commercial, Financial and Operational stakeholders in the group
  • Drives decision-making using the power of data and insights
  • Develops strong relationships with our internal customers across the business, to help them drive their KPIs
  • Delivers and owns self-serve dashboards that provide a deep understanding of their products, how the business is performing and the key drivers.
  • Produces high-quality, actionable insights to deliver a holistic customer view
  • Develops high quality analysis, leveraging self-serve and automation wherever possible, and ensures that the data being used is accurate and timely
  • Maintains quality governance and controls to ensure consistent and accurate analysis is produced.
  • Focuses on process improvement and technology automation to improve their customers' experience and efficiency, driving deeper extensive use of insight and analysis
  • Takes a holistic view of the analysis requirements from the business and uses expertise to interpret systems, processes and data to design brilliant solutions.
  • Helps coach the business to interpret analyses and reports better, to improve their data literacy.

The Person:

  • Strong Excel Skills
  • Experience of using analytics and reporting to uncover valuable insights for your stakeholders
  • Ability to ensure outputs are accurate, tightly aligned to brief and consistent with all team outputs
  • Experience of analysing and synthesising large customer databases
  • Ability to automate reports
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to engage with all stakeholders and drive decisions using data
  • Ability to independently manage priorities across concurrent projects and phase deliveries
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience of agile scrum and Kanban methodologies for continuous delivery and improvement
