Business Analyst - Flexible Remote Working/Connected to Bristol - £45-50K + benefits

The person we are looking for will be adaptable and able to work throughout the business supporting the project managers on multiple small and/or large assignments, the ideal candidate will be able to wear many hats and not be too structured as the projects will be full lifecycle and can vary from software, infrastructure, back-office or front office IT.

Key Skills:

5 + years commercial IT business analysis experience.

Lead the process of identifying benefits, costs, risks, priorities, and alternate courses of action

Plan, organise and direct concurrent software design and implementation projects

Offer advice on process improvements and technical solutions

Able to conduct stakeholder sessions: carry out interviews, facilitate workshops etc.

Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation

Knowledge and experience of system/software development methodologies ideally Scrum/Agile/Waterfall

Knowledge of various standards, methods and tools

Experience of the Business Analyst role across all stages of the project lifecycle

Strong stakeholder management skills

Professional services i.e. financial would be highly advantageous
