IT Support Analyst - Cambridgeshire (mixture of office and home) - £25-35K
The Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for the delivery of Customer support, handling incoming queries and requests from users to resolution leveraging additional resources where required. The individual will assist in training and educational pieces to help customers and staff understand how to use systems effectively.
The Service Desk Analyst's involvement will be end to end from fielding incoming requests, training users and feeding into the product development lifecycle.
The role will be responsible for all elements of their support function and will work closely with both customers and internal teams to drive improvements in service.
Provide IT Support to their customers through to 2nd and even 3rd line if you have the skills
Keep on top of Service Level Agreements
Manage customer issues through to closure escalating where required
Monitor IT Infrastructure
Identify recurring outages and trends
Provide ongoing documentation and process improvement
Provide training to clients
Provide strategic IT advice
Assist with system testing and updates
Support and develop their internal IT systems
