We are on the lookout for an IT Support Engineer with up to 3 years experience of using helpdesk software such as Jira plus a strong background with supporting end-user devices (Windows and OSX) and who also has strong knowledge with Office 365 and various applications.

Essential Elements

  • Office 365 Support and Administration
  • Use of enterprise-level of helpdesk software (Jira etc)
  • Experience of working to SLAs
  • AD, Networking, Anti Virus and Firewall experience
  • Updating documentation and procedures

Other desirable elements

  • vSphere knowledge
  • Windows Server 2008+
  • MySQL/PostgreSQL
