Senior IT Service Desk Analyst / Supervisor - Bristol - £27-30K

An international research company based in the heart of Bristol requires Senior IT Service Desk Analyst to provide support to its employees on leading technologies, you will assist the daily operations on the service desk and also be responsible for leading all First Line Support Analysts within the team to ensure an excellent customer experience. Technically you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving escalated 2nd line IT support queries raised from the 1st line support team.

Key technical experience (training provided if required)

Active Directory, Azure, Office365, SharePoint, Sophos Antivirus & Mimecast.

Soft Skills:

ITIL Processes

Can work to SLAs, with flexibility and to adapt to ever changing workloads.

Incident/Problem Management

Management, Mentoring, Coaching, Leading

Ability to communicate technically and non-technically to key stakeholders

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team
