Data Analyst - GIS

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join a growing team in the Southwest. In this role, you will take ownership of datasets, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and maintain data quality. You will collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and support wider initiatives, including cloud-based data projects.

The team also works on various projects, and you may be asked to contribute based on your technical skills and domain expertise.

About You

We are looking for someone curious and solution-focused, with a strong desire to understand and solve problems. You should be an effective communicator, able to manage your own workload and support junior team members.

You will have:

• A qualification in GIS, data science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in a data analysis or data management role.
• Knowledge of best practices for managing and transforming data, including improving existing data pipelines.
• Experience with SQL and Python.
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and GIS systems.
• Exposure to cloud-based data tools and storage solutions.
• GIS experience is required.
