M365 Support Analyst

Job Spec:

Join a global organisation operating in high-risk environments, supporting critical operations through smart data and IT solutions. This hands-on role blends M365 expertise with broader IT support, helping drive a cloud first strategy and ensuring secure, accessible systems across the business.

Key focus areas:

• Managing and improving M365 services, SharePoint, and Power Platform tools
• Supporting data pipelines and legacy system migration
• Providing IT support across global teams and field sites
• Assisting with infrastructure monitoring, security, and user training
• Acting as deputy to the IT Manager when needed

Ideal profile:

• 3+ years in IT support or systems admin
• Strong M365, Intune, Defender, and networking know-how
• Confident communicator with solid problem solving skills
• Experience with SQL, CRM/ERP tools, and cybersecurity is a plus
