North BristolThe Business Analyst will support the delivery of strategic change initiatives, ensuring business needs are translated into effective system and process solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and organisational growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as a business analyst for a range of internal stakeholders, providing insight and recommendations based on organisational needs.

Understand current IT and business systems, including internal and third-party platforms.

Support business-led changes, offering guidance on system solutions and process improvements.

Identify opportunities to enhance customer and member journeys.

Contribute to the development of new products and services.

Assist in planning and executing testing, implementation, and change activities.

Support leadership in delivering strategic objectives and key initiatives.

Contribute to the development of self-service solutions aligned with strategic goals.

Assist with project planning, progress tracking, and reporting.

Provide input for cost-benefit analysis and decision-making processes.

Support the creation, maintenance, and analysis of management information (MI) reports.
