The focus is on delivering tangible value, not just project outputs.

  • Monitor outcomes post-implementation and contribute to benefits realisation tracking.

Stakeholder & Supplier Management

  • Act as the central point of contact between business areas, technology teams, and third-party suppliers.

  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.

  • Support effective decision-making by presenting options, trade-offs, and recommendations.

  • Provide constructive challenge to ensure scope, timelines, and solutions are realistic and achievable.

Governance & Delivery Standards

  • Operate in line with agreed project, change, and technology delivery frameworks.

  • Maintain appropriate documentation, controls, and audit evidence.

  • Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven experience delivering complex business change or transformation initiatives.

  • Strong project management capability, including planning, coordination, and delivery reporting.
